We strive to source the highest-quality & most sustainable reclaimed wood we can get our hands on. Despite our rigorous attention to detail, unforeseen defects or damage very occasionally manifest themselves during shipping.

If your order is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge—your satisfaction is our #1 priority and we want you to be happy!

If you simply changed your mind, that's ok! At any point within 90 days after ordering, let us know and we will set up a hassle-free return or exchange for you.

In most cases, the wood must be new and unused, and the buyer pays for return shipping.

If you opened a box, no worries—please seal it back up so it stays intact during shipping!

Once we receive your return, we will look it over and process your full refund to the payment method originally used on your purchase.
